Build a career around doing the work properly.

We hire people who care about the homes residents live in — not just the box-ticking around them. Maintenance staff, property managers, operations and back-office. London-based. CIC-led.

Why work here

Three reasons to bring your career to a CIC.

01

Your work has community ownership baked in

As a CIC, the surplus we generate stays in the service. No shareholder is extracting value from the work you do. Everything you fix, manage, or improve goes back into making the homes better.

02

You'll work to higher standards than most of the sector

In-house maintenance team, 24/7 emergency response, Fixflo on every repair, properties kept genuinely fit for purpose. We don't subcontract our standards out.

03

You'll see the difference you make

Small enough that you'll know which homes you've worked in, which residents have benefited. Not a faceless cog in a national landlord. Your work has a name attached.

  • Right to work documentation checked and recorded
  • Detailed induction covering safeguarding, mental health awareness, lone working, and our property standards
  • Probation period with structured review against role expectations

  • Clear policy on declaring relevant convictions and the route to discuss in confidence
