Accommodation types

Three property types. One standard.

Different residents need different settings — but every Diverse Supported Accommodation CIC home meets the same baseline for maintenance, safety, and quality of living.

Type 01

Shared houses

Private bedrooms in a well-maintained house, with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities. Designed for residents who benefit from a more social living environment — daily contact with others, a sense of community, and shared routines.

Best suited to Residents stepping down from inpatient settings, those who feel isolated alone, anyone building independent living skills in a supportive group environment.
  • BedroomPrivate, lockable, furnished to standard
  • BathroomShared (typically 2–3 residents per bathroom)
  • KitchenShared, fully equipped, communal
  • Living spaceShared lounge / dining room
  • GardenShared, maintained on regular rotation
Type 02

En-suite rooms

Private bedrooms with their own bathroom, in a property that shares a kitchen and living space. The middle ground between fully shared and fully independent — privacy when you want it, community when you don't.

Best suited to Residents who need more privacy than a shared house allows, but aren't ready for or interested in fully independent living. Often the best fit for people working through anxiety, trauma, or social difficulties.
  • BedroomPrivate, lockable, furnished to standard
  • BathroomPrivate en-suite
  • KitchenShared, fully equipped
  • Living spaceShared communal area
  • GardenShared, maintained on regular rotation
Type 03

Studios & bedsits

Self-contained accommodation — your own kitchen area, your own bathroom, your own front door. The most independent setting we offer; a stepping stone toward fully independent living without losing access to support and our maintenance team.

Best suited to Residents ready for greater independence — people moving on from shared settings, those preparing for a tenancy of their own, or those who simply do better with their own space.
