Accommodation types

Three property types. One standard.

Different residents need different settings, but every Diverse Supported Accommodation CIC home meets the same baseline for maintenance, safety, and quality of living.

Type 01

Shared houses

Private bedrooms in a well-maintained house, with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities. Designed for residents who benefit from a more social living environment, daily contact with others, a sense of community, and shared routines.

Best suited to Residents stepping down from inpatient settings, those who feel isolated alone, anyone building independent living skills in a supportive group environment.
  • BedroomPrivate, lockable, furnished to standard
  • BathroomShared (typically 2–3 residents per bathroom)
  • KitchenShared, fully equipped, communal
  • Living spaceShared lounge / dining room
  • GardenShared, maintained on regular rotation
Type 02

En-suite rooms

Private bedrooms with their own bathroom, in a property that shares a kitchen and living space. The middle ground between fully shared and fully independent, privacy when you want it, community when you don't.

Best suited to Residents who need more privacy than a shared house allows, but aren't ready for or interested in fully independent living. Often the best fit for people working through anxiety, trauma, or social difficulties.
